I’ve been blessed to work and create with some amazing people and that is the one thing I consider the most important accomplishment in my professional life. In my personal life, things like completing an Ironman and other successes fall way behind to the growth I’ve experienced since become the father to Adriana. She has taught me show much that as Mariel says, the student is actually my teacher. Stay curious my friends!

In today's podcast we celebrate having achieved episode #25, this has been a great team effort and without a doubt, everyone has contributed their best. Graduating from university is something wonderful that I will remember all my life, but in the work environment, it has been recognized as a top performer for my job performance at DISS, it is also something that fills me with great pride, being selected as part of the Presidents Club of the 2022 is one of my greatest achievements. I feel very proud.

Greetings, we have reached our 25th episode. I am thrilled and very accomplished for this milestone for us and we are working very hard every week to brought this podcast to you and we will continue to do so. An important milestone for me was my first art exhibition at Puerto Rico 2017, even when I am a very extroverted and outspoken person as a businesswoman, I am very shy and careful when it comes to my artistic life, and to being able to face my fear of people watching my paintings was very exciting and yet a very big challenge, and after receiving great feedback of my artistic work I have been in more than 6 exhibitions and even some artistic live performances.

I really enjoy when we have guests on the podcast, this time we have the participation of Santiago Roca, an excellent person and part of the DISS clients, I am very excited that you hear everything he has to share with you on our podcast, especially because our great team had to travel to Punta Cana for this great result. Greetings, this episode is undoubtedly very special, from production and direction point of view it was a more laborious episode than usual however, it was completely worth it, having the experience to prepare a set up on a different location and having our first client as a special guest, and that the whole interview went so smoothly and so organicaly. It was really a blast for all of us, and also a living proof that we are capable of pushing this project further. That makes me very glad and very happy as one of the co-creators of this podcast. And about what I first think when I wake up in the morning, usually I have back, neck and shoulder pain all the time so I inevitably I make an assessment of what hurts, and how much and then what I consider to be more important, its that I make a gratitude meditation of my life, and the things that matter most to me to set up the tone of my day with joy.

I’ve always believed that all of us have it well within us to be the one that influences others to be where they could get to be. Every day we have the power to be a super hero to someone else. Fo example, isn’t it ironic that many times the person that least you expect, for example the person at the coffee shop that serves your Morning Joe, is the one that can really make or break your day? Think of how it impacts you when that person is having a bad day and instead of giving you a hearty smile they serve you that coffee with a frown instead. That smile can make you feel like a million bucks while the frown could make you complain about that person’s service all day long. So, try to always be your best and smile, you could make someone’s day.

Greetings all, during my first season here in Puerto Rico, I experienced the most devastating natural event I have ever seen (hurricane Maria), during this times, Puerto Rico came to a complete hold. This was a time when power, food, gas where nearly imposible to obtain. Nevertheless, my neighbors where there to support me during those difficult times, weeks and even months after the hurricane we worked as a community having the best interest of the others at heart. My neighbors here in Puerto Rico, they had have the most impact in my life I should say. Btw, I really like the questions in our podcast, it gives us a chance to share with you our audience who we are at a personal level. Till next time.

Greetings, this episode for production and editing was a bit of a challenge, but as Michael said in the episode, we are here for our audience, and we are committed to do our best. It’s very interesting to understand that the modalities of radiology do not interfere with the process of DISS Analytics and how customizable and specific the platform can be. In my personal life, I think my personality have been most influenced by my two grandfathers from my father side, a very romantic, noble and artistic man who loved making things with his own hands and from my mother side, the men I consider my dad, a very charismatic and outspoken man with noticeable dancing skills, both very dear to my heart.

Yuck! I see a Yankee player and they are the enemy! Hahaha! Go Guardians! As you can tell, I’m pretty into some of the things that are going on with Artificial Intelligence, but I’m definitely coming at it from a very different perspective than others. I believe that the true power of Artificial Intelligence lies in its ability to understand and recognize patterns much quicker and efficiently than any human (or combination of humans) ever could. Think how Deep Blue was able to beat the best Chess player in the world because it is just that much faster at deciphering the patterns and alternatives that play out on the chessboard. We can use AI to complement out daily lives, it can be game changer without it having the apocalyptic connotations that it has in Hollywood movies.

Hello, I am glad we did episode, today we follow up on the Artificial Intelligence subject from last week. Why should I chose a Analytics tool with an AI component? Because it proactively gives you alerts when outliers become evident in your data without you searching for them. Potentially minimizing the impact of significant events and all this in real-time. Regarding the question of the day, my favorite baseball player has to be Barry Bonds, I still the memory of him hitting the ball not just out of the park, but out of the stadium it self 😱. Anyhow. I'm not much into baseball, I admit it, but Alex Rodriguez is a great representative of Dominican baseball and we definitely have to follow up on his work and how he enhances our country.

Greetings, today we talked about a very specials topic, Artificial Intelligence surround us in our day-to-day lives in very subtle ways but that is changing. More and more data is being analyzed into developing features of Artificial Intelligence that will make our lives better especially in the health sector and we are committed to be part of those advances. And for my favorite baseball athlete of all times, it is without a doubt Derek Jeter, not just for his stats but also for his looks and passion for the sport, everyone in my family knew this and every time he pop on the screen they call out for me.

My favorite beach is not usually in anyone’s radar. “La Playa de El Escambron” in Puerto Rico right behind what used to be the Normandíe Hotel. It is a beach with two sides of sand and there are sea turtles and lots of other man made structures (for scuba divers to explore) in there. I’d like to know the history of this beach, because it is incredibly obvious that it is basically surrounded by man made rock and cement walls. At some point it looks like you could have walked from one side of the beach to the other. I love swimming in it.

Greetings, Podcast #5 of our series has a very special meaning for me, I believe that Women’s Health play a critical role in our society, as we are dealing with daughters, sisters, wives and mothers lives. As I said in our podcast, breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in women, and having instruments for an early diagnosis and care is critical to save a patient’s life. With that being said, it is also important to have a robust and accurate accountability electronic system surrounding the services. DISS Analytics provides accurate accessible information (in real time) for the administrative and management component of the operation, so the clinical staff can provide their undivided attention to our patients without worrying about accuracy of reports and reimbursement. I speak about numbers, but let’s not forget, that every number you see in our reports it’s also a life. See you soon.

Hi guys, In this episode we talk about the most beautiful beaches we have visited, in my opinion it is called Bahía de las Águilas, it is located in the province of Pedernales here in the Dominican Republic, it is super transparent, with white sand and in the middle of nowhere. to be a very quiet place. We also talked about the DISS Analytics badge system, the great opportunity that this system gives you to recognize the achievements of your collaborators or to keep up with the goals that are met or exceeded, I find this super wonderful to keep the motivation of achieve goals.

Greetings!!!, Coming from a Caribbean country nice beaches are all around us but for me the best beach I have ever been is Playa Bonita in Samana, Dominican Republic it’s like a pool not too cold or too warm and perfect for sitting on the sand, having a drink with friends and relax. For the topic of the day, as humans we are always seeking to be recognized somehow and the system of badges of DISS Analytics is a great way to keep us motivated and to be aware of the accomplishments we made in a daily basis and also keep us focus on future goals. Oh no! I was picked as a Slytherin. I don’t consider myself a “bad guy”, but I like living outside of the Comfort Zone and that sometimes rubs people the wrong way. It is truly my hope of hopes that I could be good enough to one day please everyone at all times while at the same time conquering all of our aggressive goals and objectives. Despite my “allegiances” 😝 to the Slytherin way of life, I truly hope and want to live a virtuous and fulfilling life for myself and for everyone around me.
Once the podcast was finished, I took the time to discuss a sad bit of news that really impacted me, here is in writing what I attempted to say verbally: Heartbroken Late last night I received the sad news that an old friend had committed suicide. Upon reading the text informing me of the news I became extremely upset and even shed tears (I think it was my allergies acting up). Since I had not seen or spoken to him in over 20 years, I still can’t find a rational explanation as to why this has impacted me so. During the best of times, we did share a few very good years both at work and at social settings and those great memories immediately rushed into prominence even though you would think that time and distance would’ve put them way in the back burner and into irrelevance territory. Not so. Even today, one night’s sleep away from the news, I still find myself shook by this tragedy of a friend I once knew that is no longer. Jeff, the good times will never be forgotten. Rest in peace.

As you could tell from all my gushing during the podcast, I feel very blessed to have Julissa as part of our team. She is not only an excellent resource, but an even better human being. As regards to movies, I could talk about them for days. I’ve always enjoyed going out to the movies and for decades it was my weekly ritual to see as many movies during a weekend as I possibly could. I can’t imagine how many dollars I spent watching movies in theaters all over whatever town I was in. Absolutely love the movie theater going experience and even more so now with the reclining and sometimes even heated seats.

Episode 4 was quite interesting because it was the first time we had a guest, which was Vasti and it was also the second time we recorded in 2 languages, the recordings went quite well and although it was his first time in a podcast Vasti managed quite well in both languages.
