With each Project we work on a standardized action plan where we have already identified our “tricky zone” and pay extra attention to details.
Bachelor’s degree in economics with a master’s degree in project management seven years of experience in project management Lean Six Sigma green belt with certification as a development project professional.
I was still out of town, so no fancy microphone for me. 😞
Today was cool in that we had our first guest join us. Vasti came and really rocked. She did not appear nervous and the fancy microphone (to which she did have access to) made her sound really well. I threw a few hard questions at her and she answered them with flying colors.
You can tell from her answers, that we take our work very seriously. We have a high level of commitment to make sure our customers can be successful using our tools and solutions. I love this about our team. We aren’t always perfect (who is?), but you can’t doubt that we are always reaching out to the stars.

Greetings, Episode 4 of our series is finally out, can you believe it?
For this episode we had a special guest, our Project Manager, Vasti Canario.
I have much respect for the kind of work she does.
As a client I can personally attest to the importance of having a specialist keeping up with all the details of the tricky zone (just like Ruben said), someone to ask questions to and to find answer from.
I’m glad she was able to join us in our series to let our clients know we have someone as diligent as her in our team.

I came to this episode more nervous than usual because it is the first time we have a special guest on the podcast and I was very surprised how dynamic and fun it was to record together with Vasti, having a guest was very nice.
In each episode I am learning a lot of new topics and in this particular episode I learned about project management and the importance of having a responsible person with great attention to detail to manage them.
We continue working to give our best every week, those recommended to listen to us on all our platforms.
The development of this fourth episode was very dynamic as it was our first recording with a special guest.
Working with Vasti was a blast and we saw her very comfortable at the time of recording, with excellent knowledge of managing Digital Solutions projects.
Every day of production I can see how each member of the team, not only the cast, but all of us behind the microphones, are more assimilated into the process and complement each other in our strengths.

Episode 4 was quite interesting because it was the first time we had a guest, which was Vasti and it was also the second time we recorded in 2 languages, the recordings went quite well and although it was his first time in a podcast Vasti managed quite well in both languages. It was also an episode where I learned about project management.
