“More than the 90% of a General Manager time is making decisions and the other 10% of the time is thinking in the decisions that you took.”

Information is Power, DISS Analytics is Power.

Behind The Scenes
I loved having Stacy join us for the podcast. I admire very much her drive and passion for what we do at DISS. I’m also extremely amazed at the fact that she can make risotto for so many people. Risotto requires a lot of attention and perfect timing and when you do it for a large crowd it makes it extra difficult. Kudos to her!
From my end, instead of being a good cook I end up being the beneficiary of my wife’s and daughter’s great creations. From delicious carnitas tacos to awesome brownies, cookies and cakes, I am forced to spend hours at the gym trying to burn off all those consumed calories. 😝

I love sharing with guests, on this occasion we received our General Manager from the Dominican Republic with whom I have the honor of working closely in our offices. Every day I am more amazed at the extraordinary things he does for the success of the company.
Today's topic presented our DISS Analytics platform as recognition but from an administrative field for companies and how they can help streamline daily processes, excellent topic of the day.

This is a super special episode because we had the opportunity to have our dear General Manager for the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, Stacy Nuñez, on the podcast. It was a different experience because she is always very aware of every detail and thanks to that, everything turned out great. I am by no means the person who cooks the best but when I am inspired, the bolognese lasagna suits me very well and has become a classic for my family and friends.

This episode was quite an experience since we went to Punta Cana to record with Mr. Santiago Roca, traveling with Emily is always nice so it was a good trip. Since we arrived at the center we felt very welcomed by the staff team and Mr. Santiago is a very nice person and I think you can see it in the recording of the episode because he had a lot of empathy with the team.
